How do I re-Center the Screen

How do I re-Center the Screen? The display screen of the game is shown a
cetimeter left and a centimeter right so I cannot view the construction
buttons. It is as if the screen is shifted over, but in normal windows and
for other games, the screen is fine. How can i move it back?

Hi ODDOBOY,

You might need to adjust the screen settings using the front (or back)
buttons on your monitor to readjust the horizontal size of the screen.
