Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate Collection will not launch

Installed the game and played it for more than 4-5 hours. Quit, now when I go
to load it, it doesn't load. It asks for the correct disk to be inserted.
I've put all three disks that came with the game into my drive but get the
same message.

I'm having a similar problem, it would not even launch after install. Just
asks for me to insert disc 1.

I am having that same problem. I just received a new copy from Microsoft so I
could have a disc 3. I tried installing, but it keeps asking for disc 1. Any
suggestions?

I have a similar problem.

I'm trying to run "Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection" on a PC with 8GB of
RAM running Vista Home Premium x64 SP1.

The games installs just fine (all three discs), but when I try to run it, I
keep getting the following message:
"Insert Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection Disc 1 into your CD-ROM drive.
Select OK and restart the application.", although Disc 1 is in the CD-ROM
drive.

I installed windows vista again and now it works fine no problems whit cd or
what so ever.
Maybe try this
