Actually, I thought it was Vista problem, but then tried disk on old computer
that I used to play on, and had same problem. I went to support site, and it
initially looks like you have to pay for support, but you don't (you get like
3 free issues). The support guy had me try various ways, and then realized
that there was a problem with the actual DISK!!! I don't know why it used to
work. There aren't any observable defects. Anyway, he sent me a replacement!

computer. It gets stuck at 29% everytime. Is there a way to fix this or is it
