Problem with getting new animals. help!

For some reason once i have built an enclosure and adopted
an anmial, when i follow the keepers recommendations and
it finally says 'the enclosure is now suitable' the animal
stays unhappy, the guests therefore are unhappy and it
won't let me adopt new animals.

Any ideas, what am i forgetting to do??

Some animals, if left unhappy for too long, will need to be sold off and
then replaced.. the secret really is to build a suitable enclosure as fast
as possible..
