Thirsty guests not using drinks stands

This is regarding Zoo Tycoon, complete collection

I have encountered this problem in a new zoo with only 2 exhibits. I have
placed 3 drink stands - basically, one at one end, one at midpoint, two at
other end - will call it "food court" for clarification- (where also have
most food stands)

I also placed a food stand at midpoint. I have put drink machines in
between..on pathways. All are facing the correct way. But all my guest are
choosing the stand that is in the "food court" location - and only one of the
two stands that are there. I have that location set uo so that, from left to
right on pathway, drink stand1, burger stand, hot dog stand, drink stand 2.
The guests are accumulating and lining up at drink stand 1 only...and
therefore I keep getting that I have "many thirsty guests."

I am going nuts! I just started playing the game - from yahoo on demand.
My guests are eating at all places, using the machines at midpoint (but not
at food court area).

Any help uch appreciated. am bed bound and this game is helping a lot - or
was until this LOL!

oh - this is a freeform game. I am working with the zoo tycoon filter only
in this zoo.

Try placing more drink stands in the location where the guest are lining up.
If there are no food stands around the other two then you might also try
placing food stands around them.as well as benches.

I always try to place food stands and drink stands in the same places. I
also try to place drink and candy machines outside restroom areas along with
benches.

I have a line of stands wher they are lining up. (left to right) Drink
stand, burger stand, hot dog stand, drink stand 2... then a family restroom
They are about 2 tiles apart from each other. They are lining up around
the drink stand 1, but nobody going to drink stand 2. They are using the
burger and hot dog stands...just not taking thaty extra step to the 2nd drink
stand.
I have even tried moving them manually. I am going right now to study again
b/c I think when I moved them manually ONE might have used the stand...off to
check, but wanted to clear up the above in the meantime in case you had any
other thoughts
